Working as Junior Accountant at NOVELPAY you will be a member of a team of six and you will report to Chief Accountant.

Your responsibilities: 

• Supporting Chief Accountant and Senior Accountant in conducting full company accounting, including tax returns, monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements,
• Checking and recording in the accounting system: purchase and sales transactions, including international invoices documenting import of goods and services, bank statements, servicing banks and handling payments,
• Calculating costs of goods sold (KWS) with a focus on controlling over stock of goods,
• Supporting balance sheet review and ensuring accuracy of accounting database information for the month and year-end,
• Providing support in calculation and documentation for CIT, VAT-7, VAT-UE returns
• Supporting the preparation of monthly/quarterly cost-accounting and controlling reports whenever needed.

Our requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a junior auditor, alternatively no experience but good ranking in final achievement of diploma,
• University degree,
• Diploma in Economics/Finance/Accounting,
• Analytical thinking and in-depth knowledge of financial analysis,
• Very good computer skills (especially MS Excell, MS Word, MS PowerPoint),
• Fluent command of English and Polish (Polish native mandatory),
• French will be a key factor in being selected, 
• Impeccable manners and good communication skills,
• Willingness and ability to work in an international environment with people having different profiles and personalities.
